Milan, 10 September (LaPresse) – Israel targeted Hamas political leader Khalil al-Hayya yesterday in Doha because he was obstructing a ceasefire agreement and the release of hostages in Gaza. This was stated by President Isaac Herzog. ‘We targeted Khalil al-Hayya because he opposed an agreement on Gaza. He kept saying “Yes, but” during the negotiations,’ he told the Daily Mail, ‘he is Hamas's number one and has the blood of thousands of Israelis on his hands.’
