Milan, 29 August (LaPresse) – China and Russia maintain extremely stable strategic relations and will contribute even more to the progress of humanity. This was stated at a press conference by Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu, according to reports by the Russian news agency Tass. “In today's turbulent and ever-changing world, relations” between Beijing and Moscow “represent the most stable, mature and strategically significant ties between the major powers”, he said.
