Milan, 27 August (LaPresse) – Possible contacts between Russia and Ukraine at the highest level must be well prepared in order to be productive. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, as reported by the Russian news agency Ria Novosti. ‘Any other contacts (between Russia and Ukraine, ed.) at a high or very high level, as we have said many times, must be well prepared in order for these contacts to be productive,’ Peskov said in response to a question on the matter.
