This was stated by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking on Patrick Bet-David's PDB podcast. The interviewer asked Netanyahu if he thought the massacre would have happened with Trump in the White House: ‘Probably not,’ replied the prime minister, as reported by the Jerusalem Post. Netanyahu added that he thinks that if current US President Trump had been in the White House, "Iran would have been more cautious. It's hard to say with these maniacs.
