Ukraine, Tajani: ‘Committed to building peace, don't give up’

Milan, 24 August (LaPresse) – We must ‘build peace. Right now, we are all committed to this. It is not easy, either in the Middle East or in Ukraine, but we must never give up. We must move forward and work hard because, when there are good ideas, they must be defended and fought for. It will take time, but in the end, peace will prevail.’ This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani upon his arrival at the Rimini Meeting, entitled “In deserted places we will build with new bricks”. “The new bricks are the commitment of all of us, the ideas. Because there are many people of good will, many peacemakers. In the end, those who want to destroy peace will not prevail”.
