Milan, 22 August (LaPresse) – An air alert has been issued in Kiev and several regions of Ukraine (Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhizhia and Donetsk) due to the threat of a Russian attack. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte was visiting Kiev at the time.
