Milan, 22 August (LaPresse) – The Libyan newspaper Almasdar Media has published a video showing General Najim Osama Almasri, wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC), killing an innocent citizen on a street in Tripoli. The video shows the man identified as Almasri throwing another man to the ground and then kicking and punching him in front of passers-by and while traffic continues to flow around him. He then tries to drag the victim, who appears to be unconscious. The video also shows traces of blood left at the scene of the violence.
