Washington, August 20 — U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced sanctions against officials of the International Criminal Court, including Kimberly Prost from Canada, Nicolas Guillou from France, Nazhat Shameem Khan from Fiji, and Mame Mandiaye Niang from Senegal. Rubio stated these individuals acted without U.S. or Israeli consent by investigating or prosecuting their citizens. He condemned the ICC for politicization, abuse of power, and interference with U.S. sovereignty, calling it a national security threat used against the U.S. and Israel.
