Ukraine, Lavrov: ‘Any trilateral talks must be carefully prepared’

Rome, August 20 (LaPresse) – "A possible trilateral summit" between Vladimir Putin, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Donald Trump "should not lead to a worsening of the situation," and therefore "must be carefully prepared." This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, as reported by RIA Novosti.

"It is necessary to prepare such meetings with the utmost care at every stage beforehand, so that the summits do not worsen the situation but truly put an end to the negotiations that we are ready to continue," he explained.
