Milan, August 13 (LaPresse) – U.S. President Donald Trump is still "furious" with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, a U.S. official told Axios. "The general view for months has been that we could crash the Russian economy tomorrow. There are many ways to ruin Ukraine. But if Trump had to pick a side, he’d start by collapsing the Russian economy. He’s really had enough," the source said.
The official added that even if diplomatic efforts fail, Trump will continue to sell weapons to NATO countries for Ukraine. "Maybe Trump won’t be able to finish this, but he’ll do his best," the official concluded.
