Rome, Aug. 11. (LaPresse) – One person was killed and two others were injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on the Russian region of Nizhny Novgorod last night. This was reported by Governor Gleb Nikitin on his Telegram channel, as reported by Tass. "A drone attack was repelled in the municipality of Armazas, but unfortunately it was not possible to avoid casualties and damage. One employee died on the spot and two others were hospitalized with injuries," said the official, adding that emergency services are working at the scene, with Arzamas Mayor Alexander Shchelokov coordinating the rescue effort. Temporary restrictions on flights to and from Nizhny Novgorod airport were imposed this morning, according to the Russian air transport regulator, Rosaviatsiya.
