Moscow (Russia), Aug. 7 (LaPresse/AP) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the United Arab Emirates is a possible venue for his meeting with US President Donald Trump. Putin made the announcement at the Kremlin after meeting with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the United Arab Emirates. The Kremlin had previously said that a Trump-Putin meeting could take place as early as next week, although no date has been confirmed. The announcement of a summit came on the eve of the deadline set by the White House for Moscow to show progress toward ending the war in Ukraine.
