Milan, 3 August (LaPresse) – During the night, an air raid alert was declared in Kiev and several regions of Ukraine. Explosions were heard in the capital, according to the Kiev City Military Administration and the Ukrainian Air Force, which urged the population to “immediately seek shelter and remain there until the danger has passed”. This was reported by RBC Ukraine. Russian attacks also took place in Mykolaiv and Kharkiv.
