Milan, 3 August (LaPresse) – National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir calls on Israel to conquer the Gaza Strip and ‘encourage voluntary emigration’ of Palestinians from the territory, in a video from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, where he travelled this morning with a group of settlers. From the Temple Mount, ‘the place where we have proven that sovereignty is possible, we must send a message: conquer all of Gaza, declare sovereignty over the entire Strip, eliminate every member of Hamas and encourage voluntary emigration. This is the only way to return the hostages and win the war,’ he said in the video posted on his personal Twitter account. Ben Gvir adds that ‘Hamas' horrific videos’ are intended to put pressure on Israel, referring to the harrowing videos of hostages Rom Braslavski and Evyatar David, published by Hamas in recent days.
