Turin, 2 August (LaPresse) – According to reports, the only Italian citizen currently detained at the “Alligator Alcatraz” centre in Florida is expected to return to Italy in the coming days. The man in question is Samuel Gheorghe, originally from Lodi. The man was arrested by local American authorities on 12 July in Miramar, Broward County, and subsequently placed in temporary detention at the facility.
