Cape Canaveral (Florida, United States), 2 August. (LaPresse/AP) – Space X's Crew Dragon capsule has docked with the International Space Station (ISS) after a 15-hour journey that began with its launch from NASA's Kennedy Space Centre. On board the spacecraft are four astronauts of different nationalities: Americans Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke (NASA), Japanese Kimiya Yui and Russian Oleg Platonov. Each of them had initially been assigned to other missions. With their arrival, the crew of the orbiting station now numbers 11. “Hello, space station!” exclaimed Fincke via radio as soon as the spacecraft docked over the South Pacific.
