Rome, 31 July (LaPresse) – Israeli Justice Minister Yariv Levin and Defence Minister Israel Katz say that the current moment represents ‘an opportunity’ to annex the West Bank. ‘Ministers Katz and Levin have been working for many years to implement Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria,’ their offices said in a joint statement, using a biblical term for the West Bank. ‘Right now, there is an opportunity that we must not miss.’ This was reported by The Times of Israel.
