Rome, July 30 (LaPresse) – According to the National Weather Service, the tsunami warning for the state of Hawaii has been downgraded. "The worst part" has passed, said the director of the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, Chip McCreery, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser. The only remaining tsunami alert in the United States is in Northern California.
