Milan, 4 July (LaPresse) – Last night's attack on Ukraine ‘was one of the largest-scale, deliberately massive and cynical air strikes. A total of 550 drones were launched, including at least 330 Russian-Iranian “Shahed” drones, along with missiles, including ballistic missiles’. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, emphasising that ‘the first air raid alarms in our cities and regions began to sound yesterday almost simultaneously with media reports of a phone call between President Trump and Putin’, thus ‘once again demonstrating that Russia has no intention of ending the war and terror’. "All this is clear evidence that without truly large-scale pressure, Russia will not change its stupid and destructive behaviour. For every attack of this kind against people and human life, Russia must face appropriate sanctions and further blows to its economy, its revenues and its infrastructure. This is the only thing that can be achieved quickly to change the situation for the better. And it depends on our partners, first and foremost the United States," Zelensky said in a long post on X.
