Rome, June 29 (LaPresse) – Russia cannot be forced to negotiate on Ukraine through new sanctions but only "with logic and arguments," said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. This was reported by Interfax. "It is obvious that we have already developed a certain resilience over nearly four years and have learned to minimize the consequences of such packages. This will require further work. After all, the world does not revolve around these sanctions," remarked the spokesperson for the Russian president.
