Rome, 27 June (LaPresse) – Russia is ‘ready’ for the third round of negotiations with Ukraine. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to Russian news agencies. ‘In general, we are ready. We need to agree on a place and time,’ he said, stressing that the heads of delegation are in constant operational contact and ‘are in constant telephone communication.’
