"Mr President, dear Donald, congratulations and thank you for your decisive action in Iran, truly extraordinary, which no one else would have dared to take. It makes us all safer. Tonight you will fly to another great success in The Hague. It wasn't easy, but we got everyone to sign 5%! Donald, you have led us to a truly important moment for America, Europe and the world. You will achieve something that no American president has been able to do in decades. Europe will pay a lot, as it should, and it will be your victory. Have a good trip and see you at Her Majesty's dinner!" reads the photo of the message signed by Mark Rutte and posted by the tycoon.
