Rome, 22 June (LaPresse) – ‘If the right of self-defence of every country, enshrined in the United Nations Charter, is interpreted in such a way that “I decide when to exercise this right, and I do not want to look at the United Nations Charter”, this, obviously, will not be a world order, but total chaos.’ This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, commenting on the American attacks against three Iranian nuclear sites.
