Rome, June 19 (LaPresse) – The possible closure of the Strait of Hormuz would be a “legal measure” in response to “the United States entering the conflict with Iran alongside Israel.” This was stated by Iranian parliamentarian Ali Yazdih to the Mehr news agency. Earlier, Benham Saeidi, a member of the Iranian parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, said that Tehran was considering “closing the Strait of Hormuz in response to the actions of opponents of the Islamic Republic.”
