Rome, 16 June (LaPresse) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian during a telephone conversation that Turkey is ready to act as a “facilitator” for the resolution of the conflict between Israel and Iran and the resumption of nuclear negotiations. Erdogan's office said in a statement that the Turkish president emphasised Ankara's commitment to peace and stability in the region. This is Erdogan's second phone call to Pezeshkian since the outbreak of the conflict.
