Rome, 14 June (LaPresse) – The New York Times has reported that Iran intended to launch a barrage of 1,000 ballistic missiles against Israel in response to the attack on its nuclear sites, but was unable to do so due to damage inflicted on its bases by the air force. The news was reported to the American newspaper by two sources within the Revolutionary Guards. According to the report, this is why Iran launched only about 100 missiles against Israel in each of the first barrages.
