Russia: Moscow Defence Ministry, 61 Ukrainian drones shot down overnight

Milan, 8 June (LaPresse) – During the night, Moscow's air defences intercepted and destroyed 61 Ukrainian drones in various Russian regions. This was reported by Tass, citing the Ministry of Defence of the country led by Vladimir Putin. “The devices were shot down over the regions of Bryansk, Belgorod, Kaluga, Tula, Orel and Kursk, as well as in the Moscow region and on the territory of the Republic of Crimea,” Tass writes. Nine of these drones, as reported by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, were shot down in the airspace of the Russian capital.
