Milan, June 6 (LaPresse) – The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that it launched a massive overnight attack against Ukraine, stating it was carried out “in response to the terrorist acts of the Kyiv regime.” According to Russian news agency Ria Novosti, the attack targeted Ukraine’s military-industrial complex and armed forces infrastructure.
The ministry said the strike was conducted “using long-range, high-precision air-, sea-, and land-based weapons, as well as drones, against design bureaus, enterprises involved in the production and repair of weapons and military equipment, combat drone assembly workshops, flight crew training centers, and weapons and equipment depots of the Ukrainian armed forces. The objective of the strike was achieved. All designated targets were hit.”
