Rome, June 3 (LaPresse) – In a video message addressed to the families of the three Israeli soldiers killed yesterday by a roadside bomb, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the soldiers "did not fall in vain," but in a "just" war in which "we will defeat Hamas, free all our hostages, and ensure that Gaza will no longer pose a threat to Israel," according to the Times of Israel. Netanyahu said that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are making "careful progress to prevent or minimize further casualties among soldiers."
"The price is high," he added, "but we will achieve all the war's objectives—every single one, without exception."
