Milan, May 30 (LaPresse) – "The bad news is that China, perhaps not surprisingly to some, has completely violated the agreement with us." This is what U.S. President Donald Trump wrote in a post on the social platform Truth. "Two weeks ago, China was in serious economic trouble! The very high tariffs I imposed made it practically impossible for China to trade with the U.S. market, which is by far the largest in the world," the post reads. "We effectively cut ties with China, and this was devastating for them. Many factories closed, and there were, to put it mildly, 'civil disturbances'." "I saw what was happening and I didn’t like it, for them, not for us," Trump continued. "I made a quick deal with China to save it from what I considered a very serious situation, and I didn’t want that to happen. Thanks to this deal, everything quickly stabilized and China returned to normal. Everyone was happy! That’s the good news!!! The bad news is that China, perhaps not surprisingly to some, has completely violated the agreement with us."
