Suel (South Korea), May 25 (LaPresse/AP) – North Korean authorities have arrested three officials working at a shipyard in the country following the recent failed launch of a Navy destroyer. According to state media, those arrested include the chief engineer of the Chongjin shipyard and two other officials. The 5,000-ton vessel was damaged during the launching ceremony at the northeastern port of Chongjin, with Pyongyang leader Kim Jong Un describing the incident as "caused by criminal negligence."
