Antalya (Turkey) 15 May (LaPresse) – ‘We have to see what happens in the next few days: I am still cautiously optimistic that, if the Russians are also willing to cooperate and not just the Ukrainians who are doing so, there could be a turning point in the next few hours’ for peace in Ukraine. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte upon his arrival at the informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Antalya, Turkey. ‘I am cautiously optimistic,’ Rutte reiterated.
