Brussels, 15 May (LaPresse) – "We will see what happens in the coming days in Ukraine, but we want to see progress in this regard. And whatever mechanism is outlined, whatever process needs to be implemented. I mean, we are open to being constructive, available in any way possible to end the conflict. I will say this, and I will repeat it, that there is no military solution to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. This war will end not with a military solution, but with a diplomatic one. And the sooner an agreement is reached to end this war, the fewer people will die and the less destruction there will be. And ultimately, that is the President's goal." This was stated by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio upon his arrival at the NATO Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Antalya, Turkey.
