Rome, May 7 (LaPresse) – Russia is urging India and Pakistan to exercise restraint and begin negotiations as soon as possible, said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, according to Tass. “This is a matter of grave concern. We call on both parties to show restraint and to quickly move toward a negotiated solution to their differences,” the Kremlin spokesman stated.
