Milan, May 6 (LaPresse) – If Kyiv continues to attempt attacks against Russia during the days of the unilateral ceasefire declared by Vladimir Putin to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory over Nazism in World War II, Moscow will respond. This was stated by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, according to Russian news agencies. Russia has announced a temporary unilateral ceasefire from May 8 to 10. “Naturally, President Putin's initiative for a temporary ceasefire during the holiday is relevant. And corresponding instructions have been issued by the Supreme Commander. But I want to remind you of our position: the fire will cease, but if there is no reciprocity from the Kyiv regime and attempts to strike our positions or facilities continue, then an appropriate response will be given immediately,” Peskov told reporters.
