Milan, May 4 (LaPresse) – Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh has warned that Tehran "will respond forcefully" if attacked by the United States or Israel. "If we are attacked and war is imposed on us, we will respond with force and strike the enemy's bases and interests," he said. "We harbor no hostility toward our neighbors, but American bases are a target for us if we are attacked." Nasirzadeh made these remarks during the presentation of a new missile named 'Qassem Basir', stating it is "resistant to electronic warfare and capable of evading anti-ballistic missile systems." He added that the missile was "developed based on experience gained during the two 'True Promise' operations (the attacks against Israel, ed.)." This was reported by Ynet.
