Washington, May 1 (LaPresse) – The US and Ukraine have signed the agreement on rare earths. Bloomberg reports that the agreement will grant the United States privileged access to new investment projects for the development of Ukraine’s natural resources, including aluminum, graphite, oil, and natural gas.
