Kremlin: ‘Kiev's failure to respond on truce is manipulation’.

Milan, 29 April (LaPresse) – ‘It is manipulation not to give a direct response to President Putin's initiative, it is more than manipulation’. Thus Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, referring to Moscow's announcement of a three-day ceasefire from 8 to 10 May. This was reported by the Russian news agency Interfax. ‘We have not received any reaction from the Kiev regime. And it is difficult to understand whether the Kiev regime intends to adhere to it or not,’ Peskov said. ’We continue to expect that this peace initiative of Putin's will receive an assessment, because we have not heard any assessment of it from European capitals, nor from Ukraine.’
