Rome, April 26 (LaPresse) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in Rome for the funeral of Pope Francis. His spokesperson Serghei Nikiforov announced the news, as reported by RBC Ukraine. "The President of Ukraine has arrived in Rome. Volodymyr Zelensky, First Lady Olena Zelenska, and the Ukrainian delegation will attend the farewell ceremony for Pope Francis," the spokesperson said. Yesterday, Zelensky had cast doubt on his attendance, stating that Kyiv would be well represented at the Pope’s funeral even without him.
