Israel, IDF intercepts missile launched from Yemen

Milan, 23 April (LaPresse) – A missile launched from Yemen triggered air raid sirens in Haifa and other locations in northern Israel. This was reported by the Israeli army (IDF), adding that defence systems had been activated and the ballistic missile had been ‘probably successfully intercepted’. The Times of Israel reports that the Magen David Adom ambulance service has not reported any injuries related to the attack, but that paramedics are treating several people who were injured while fleeing to shelters.
