Milan, 22 April (LaPresse) – The President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, has declared 3 days of national mourning for the death of Pope Francis. Cuban media reported this, specifying that the period of mourning will last from 6 a.m. local time on 22 April (midday today in Italy) until midnight local time on 24 April. For the duration of the national mourning, the Cuban flag will remain at half-mast in public buildings and in the headquarters of military institutions.
