Rome, 20 Apr (LaPresse) – ‘Unfortunately, the trend of increasing use of heavy weapons by Russian forces continues. Since the beginning of the day until 4pm, there have been a total of 46 Russian attacks in various directions and 901 bombardments, 448 of which involved heavy weapons. More than 400 cases of FPV drone use by the Russians have already been documented'. So says Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on X, citing the new report of Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi on the front line updated at 4pm. ‘The highest level of Russian war activity this Easter – he adds – occurred in the direction of Pokrovsk. Putin's words about a ceasefire also proved empty in the Kursk region, in the direction of Siversk and in other directions of the Donetsk region. In the direction of Toretsk, our troops unfortunately fell into a Russian ambush'.
