Turin, 19 April (LaPresse) – Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov has told US officials that Kiev is ‘90%’ in agreement with US President Donald Trump's peace plan presented in Paris this week. The New York Post reports this, citing a senior US administration official. ‘Next week in London we want to make a decision for a comprehensive and global ceasefire,’ the official said. ‘The intent then is to have [discussions] with the Russians and then say, ‘OK, this is your best and final offer,’ to understand the situation on both sides,’ and “once we get that, the next steps will be decided,” he specified.
