Milan, 14 Apr. (LaPresse) – In Ukraine, the Russian army's attacks are exclusively against military and paramilitary structures. This was stated by the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, according to the Russian press agency Ria Novosti. ‘Our military strikes are exclusively against military and quasi-military targets,’ said Peskov, responding to a question regarding the attack in Sumy. Russian President Vladimir Putin did not discuss preparations for the upcoming meeting with US leader Donald Trump in detail with the US leader's special envoy, Steven Witkoff, Peskov also reported. ‘The topic of the meeting was not discussed in detail. Because every meeting, obviously, must be well prepared’, the spokesman observed. “Unfortunately, European capitals are not inclined to look for ways to peace negotiations, but rather are inclined to further provoke the continuation of the war”, concluded Peskov.
