New York, Apr 11 (LaPresse) – According to New York Mayor Eric Adams, "The helicopter that crashed into the Hudson River broke apart mid-flight and flipped over before plunging into the river between Manhattan and the New Jersey coastline."
This was the latest high-profile aviation disaster in the United States, following other recent incidents in Washington and Philadelphia.
In the crash, a family of Spanish tourists, including three children, lost their lives. Adams stated that all the bodies have been recovered and extracted from the water.
