Milan, 5 April (LaPresse) – The Israeli army (Idf) has reported the initial results of its investigation into the killing of rescue workers in Rafah on 23 March, when soldiers opened fire on a convoy of ambulances. The IDF acknowledges that its initial statement that the ambulances had their lights off was incorrect and was based on the testimony of soldiers involved in the incident.A video that emerged in recent hours, initially published by the New York Times, shows that the ambulances were clearly identifiable and had their lights on.
