Milan, 4 April (LaPresse) – Japan's prime minister, Shigeru Ishiba, said the duties imposed on Japanese products by the US administration led by Donald Trump constitute a ‘national crisis’. This was reported by the Xinhua news agency. Speaking during a session in Parliament, Ishiba said that the introduction of 24% tariffs on Japanese imports ‘can be called a national crisis and the government is doing its best with all parties’.
