This was stated by a spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Guo Jiakun, in response to the U.S. tariff plan announced last night by Donald Trump, which includes a 34% tariff on China. Beijing also urged the United States "to immediately correct its mistakes and resolve trade differences with other countries, including China, in a fair, respectful, and mutually beneficial manner."
