Milan, 29 Mar. (LaPresse) – Hamas leader in Gaza, Khalil al-Hayya, says during a speech that Hamas received a new proposal from Egyptian mediators two days ago and accepted it. This was reported by ‘The Times of Israel’. Al-Hayya added that he hopes Israel will not sabotage it. His statements – the Israeli newspaper points out – follow reports that the terrorist group agreed to release five Israeli hostages in exchange for a 50-day ceasefire and the release of Palestinian prisoners.
