Rome, Mar 28 (LaPresse) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed discussing the introduction of a “temporary government” in Ukraine under the auspices of the United Nations and a number of countries, followed by “democratic elections.” Local media report this. According to Putin, the country’s civil institutions have currently lost their legitimacy due to the lack of presidential elections. “But this is just one option. I’m not saying there aren’t others,” he assured.
